2015-2016 List of MSHSAA Registered Schools

Below is information from Davine Davis from MSHSAA.

To be able to participate in any 2015-2016 music activity that is MSHSAA sanctioned, your school has to register through MSHSAA.  This is usually done by an administrator. This also applies to MSHSAA Junior High/Middle Schools as well.  Attached to this email is an excel document listing all schools (high school, junior high and affiliate) who have registered as of Aug 3rd.  Please check to see if your school has indeed been registered and if not, contact your administrator right away.  If the school is not listed in this document the school may not participate in any MSHSAA music activity.

August 22, 2015 @ Parkview High School, Springfield MO

8:00 AM Registration/Breakfast provided by Springfield Music. We will have computers set up for registration. Please make sure you register!!

9:00 AM General Session with Scott Lang

Encouragement & motivation for all teachers!High energy and Lots of fun!

11:30 PM Lunch provided by Springfield Music:

Brisket, Chicken, sides, dessert. Business Meeting during lunch

12:30 PM Break Out Sessions:

HS Vocal Reading Session

Jr. High/Elementary Reading Session

Band Session: Linda Huck

NEW THIS YEAR:

• Each teacher will receive an SCMMEA swag bag with gifts from local businesses.
• JW Pepper will have K-12 Vocal, Band, and Orchestra Music displayed. They will be there from 8am - 3pm. Bring a PO or credit card and get some music for the year!

Free White Marching Shoes and Hats

Bolivar recently switched over to black marching shoes with our new uniform.  We have 100+ pairs of free white marching shoes to give away.  The catch is, you must take them all.  We also have many white cowboy style hats to give away.  If you take one hat, you must take them all.
